Shipping policy

We ship from Cyprus to Cyprus, Greece and selected EU countries.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic (Cyprus): delivery via BoxNow or ACS lockers. We will select the lockers nearest to your address. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days when the order is processed. Free shipping on orders over €50. In case of delays we will inform accordingly. 

International (EU): estimated delivery: 5–7 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
