Refund policy

At House of Evan by G., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@houseofevancy.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
